A principal focus of ACIM is to teach us how you can tell these voices apart. After we accomplish that we've got to choose to tune in to the Holy Spirit and trust the Holy Spirit's counsel. We're going to always hear the voice in the ego while in the dream but we have to not accept it's guidance or counsel about anything. ACIM is not concerning the death in the ego, but wait, how to properly relate with it.
Since we are in fact dreaming the physical world and all things it, all of our many friends and family are in that dream too. They may be behaving equally as we've got asked these to. ACIM is literally salvation through relationships.
A program In Miracles includes a strong focus on healing. We heal by recognizing the eternal Spirit in ourselves and in all our siblings. We let Holy Spirit guide us about what to complete in the physical world to manifest the healing of ourselves yet others. Frequently this spiritual healing produces shifts within the appearance of physical reality - such as shifts inside the appearance from the health or sickness of our body along with the bodies of others. Sometimes this spiritual healing doesn't produce such shifts to look at. We're inspired to trust the facts in the healing regardless of the appearance of "symptoms." The "miracle" will be the mental shift in perception. It frequently has observable effects but not always.
